Limited Lifetime Warranty

Safe Turf guarantees that our artificial turf products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for the life of the turf up to a period of 15 Years from the date of purchase. This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and the original installation site.

What Is Covered

​

1. Material Defects: Safe Turf warrants that our artificial turf will not suffer from significant deterioration, such as fading, cracking, or tearing, under normal use and weather conditions during the warranty period.

2. UV Protection: Our products are designed with UV-resistant materials. UV degradation, for the purposes of this warranty shall be deemed to have occurred should the original tensile strength of the product decrease by more than 50%, the fiber thickness has decreased by more than 50% or the pile height has shrunk by more than 25%.

3. Wear and Tear: Safe Turf products are made to withstand normal foot traffic and play. This warranty covers excessive wear, shedding, or loss of fiber integrity under regular usage.

4. Manufacturing Defects: This warranty covers defects related to the manufacturing process that may cause the product to fail prematurely.

 

    Safe Turf will at its sole option, either repair or replace the affected area without charge to the Purchaser            or issue a credit equal to the cost of the replacement synthetic grass material for the area giving rise to     

    the claim according the the following proration schedule:

          Residential Projects:  Years 1-8 (100%); Years 9-12 (50%); Years 13-15; (25%); Years 16+ (15%)

          Commercial Projects: Years 1-8 (100%); Years 9-10 (50%); Years 11+ (15%)

    If there is deemed to be a valid warranty claim AND the original product IS NO LONGER available the   

    customer will receive a credit in accordance with the proration schedule to be applied against another Safe 

    Turf product. The amount of the credit will be based upon the original purchase price.

What Is Not Covered

 

This warranty does not cover:​

1. Improper Use: Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, vandalism, or exposure to chemicals not suitable for artificial turf.

2. Acts of Nature: Damage caused by natural disasters such as floods, hurricanes, earthquakes, or any other extreme weather events.

3. Maintenance Issues: Issues resulting from the failure to maintain the turf according to Safe Turf's recommended care and maintenance guidelines.

4. Normal Wear: Minor fading, matting, or changes in appearance due to normal aging and use.

5. Warranty does not cover PG Ground Cover. PG Ground Cover comes with a standard 3 Year Warranty.

6. Warranty does not cover any type of matting on this product regardless of the cause. 

 

Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, please contact Safe Turf Customer Service at 469-972-5600 or email us at Support@Safe-Turf.com with your warranty ID and proof of purchase. We will arrange an inspection of the turf and, if a valid claim is made, will repair or replace the affected area.

 

Warranty Limitations

​

This warranty is the exclusive remedy against Safe Turf. Safe Turf’s liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of the defective product. Safe Turf is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of use, loss of profits, or damage to property.

 

Transferability

​

This warranty is transferable for a fee of $500 and is offered only after a full inspection of the original installation.
